Welcome to KinderBritches where you can shop with us online or visit us in person at our boutique in Edmonds, Washington. We are located in the heart of downtown Edmonds, across the street from the fountain. Stop in and see us if you are in the area.

Return Policy

At KinderBritches our priority is to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.  We are dedicated to choosing the highest quality of stylish merchandise from well-known manufactures.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item
with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price
(all shipping charges are nonrefundable).

All returns require an authorization number. Kindly send an e-mail to sales@kinderbritches.com requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. KinderBritches will reply with an authorization number and instructions.

Return Authorization number must be included inside the box.

All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. For all returns or exchanges you must pay for freight to send the item(s) back to us. We will pay to send the correct item(s) to you.

Sending your Return Package

After you receive your return authorization number, please send your exchange or return (unused and unworn) within 10 business days to:

Please allow up to 3 weeks for merchandise credit or shipping of an exchange.

Please note the following cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged: Original Shipping costs or Special Orders.

For any returns or exchanges you must pay for shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us but we will pay to send the correct item(s) to you.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit card payments are processed through industry standard secure servers. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time -- please do not send orders via postal mail.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the item is shipped.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased is offered at a lower price within 7 days of purchase. (excluding special promotions/coupons) Simply contact our customer service department for a credit refund.

Free Gift Wrapping

Presentation and Loving care go into every order here at KinderBritches. We know the anticipation of your loved one opening your special gift is especially important to you and there is nothing better then seeing your package handled with care and beautifully wrapped. We handle all of the important details as your gift will arrive without a price tag, in perfect shape as your gift is a message of love and kindness and we understand how much that means. And it is always free!

Privacy:

KinderBritches is a family owned business and we will ensure complete and total privacy of personal information shared through our website. We do not sell any information (email, address etc.) for any reason. Occasionally we will e-mail you with KinderBritches promotions or upcoming events that we think you might be interested in. With these promotions emails will come with an option to unsubscribe to the mailing.
